Questions, answered
Do I need to be a partner to add a badge?
No. Every badge (except the Partner badge), the review widget, the short review link and the QR table card are free for any place on itsvegan — no sign-up needed. Bloggers and fans can add an “I recommend this place” badge too.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The Partner program is free. We never sell reviews, ratings or rankings — partners don’t get better reviews, they get more visibility and tools.
Who can apply?
Fully vegan businesses, vegan-friendly places with a real vegan offering, vegan brands and makers, bloggers and creators, nonprofits and sanctuaries, and apps or websites that serve the vegan community.
What do you expect from partners?
Link back to itsvegan with a badge or the review widget, keep your listing accurate, and treat reviewers kindly. That’s it.
Can partners remove negative reviews?
No. Partners can reply publicly to any review, and report reviews that break our guidelines — just like everyone else. That’s what keeps itsvegan trustworthy.
Is the medication badge a certification?
No. “Vegan-friendly medication” is a self-declared badge for pharmacies and practitioners. It doesn’t certify any product — always check ingredients with your pharmacist.
How long does review take?
Usually a few days. We check your website and listing, then email you. Approved partners get the Partner badge on their listing right away.
